Yoto’s Content TeamOur Content team is behind the stories, songs and learning adventures that fill Yoto players, from big‑name partners to our own Yoto Originals. Every title that reaches a child’s player passes through many hands, from creators, publishers and labels to internal teams, and the Content Operations Coordinator is the person who keeps that journey organised and on track. You’ll help make sure great audio reaches families accurately and on time, so kids can keep exploring, imagining and playing independently.
What you’ll be doing:
Support the Content Operations Lead in managing a catalogue of 2,000+ cards. Organise and maintain partner art, audio and metadata files, keeping our systems up to date and accurate, and working with internal teams to resolve issues as they arise.
Coordinate the new‑deal pipeline: scheduling new titles, retrieving metadata and assets, entering contractual terms into our rights management system, overseeing the card production timeline, and proofing new titles ahead of release.
Support approvals by reviewing marketing briefs and submitting artwork and bespoke icon approvals to publishers and licensors.
Oversee Creator card and print ordering, and send contractual copies to partners and creators as needed.
Manage and triage partner, creator, and customer queries, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues across multiple systems promptly and efficiently.
Pick up ad hoc duties and special projects as they arise, supporting the department and company objectives.
Demonstrable administrative experience within the music industry, including managing both digital and physical releases.
Working knowledge of music licensing agreements, rights management systems, music metadata, copyright and royalty flows.
A track record of keeping metadata, trackers and contractual records accurate, and catching and correcting errors before release.
Proven experience managing multiple releases and requests, and solving problems efficiently to strict deadlines.
Confident use of a range of systems and software, with experience learning and adopting new tools quickly.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience acting as the point of contact…
