Accounts Receivable Analyst

Overview

Snap Inc. is hiring an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our Finance Team in London, England, United Kingdom. Snap is a technology company focused on empowering people to express themselves, learn about the world, and have fun together through products like Snapchat, Lens Studio, and Spectacles.

• Ensure timely, correct, and accurate invoicing for Snapchat’s products.
• Collaborate with Business Solutions, Operations, and Accounting teams to create efficiencies and improve billing and collections processes.
• Investigate, document, and resolve global billing issues.
• Support AR Leads on all billing-related issues.
• Apply daily cash and monthly billing reconciliations.
• Assist accounting with month-end reconciliation of AR accounts.
• Resolve campaign and invoicing queries in partnership with collections analysts.
• Clarify current invoicing data with customers as needed.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and projects.
• Assist in data quality assurance tasks with AR Leads.
• Support the annual financial statement audit and periodic internal audits.
• Meet departmental monthly collection goals.

• English language essential;
  French is a strong plus.
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills and Excel proficiency required.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable within advertising or media/entertainment industry.
• International AR experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail‑oriented with a high sense of urgency.
• Proactive, self‑directed approach with the ability to multitask, think creatively, and learn quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
