Underwrite profitable Political Risk & Trade Credit business in line with the company's strategy and risk appetite.

Build and sustain strong relationships with Lloyd's brokers, banks, and A+ rated capacity providers in London and internationally.

Attract, manage, and grow underwriting capacity.

Leverage proprietary data analytics to drive evidence-based, disciplined underwriting decisions.

Ensure compliance with delegated authority agreements and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with colleagues to design tailored solutions across sovereign, sub-sovereign, corporate, and structured credit risks.

Drive the profitable development of the Political Risk & Trade Credit portfolio, complementing the company's wider specialty offering.

Proven track record in underwriting Political Risk & Trade Credit (including sovereign, sub-sovereign, and corporate exposures).

Established broker, bank, and market relationships in London and internationally.

Demonstrated ability to attract and retain underwriting capacity.

Commercially astute with strong negotiation and influencing skills.

Analytical mindset, comfortable applying data-driven insights to underwriting.
