The Assistant Accountant will contribute to the day‑to‑day financial operations of the firm, supporting the team in maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth reporting processes. • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end financial processes.
• Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

• Collaborate with the accounting & finance team to improve processes.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.
• Manage financial data entry and maintain organised records.

• Minimum 3+ years' experience in venture capital, private equity, or investment finance.
• CIMA or ACCA part‑qualified, with clear progression underway.
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong Excel capability and confidence with financial systems.
• Solid understanding of core accounting principles.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
