Mortgage Underwriter - BTL The Coast Partnership Ltd

Two exciting new Underwriting positions with a lender who has gained a reputation for outstanding delivery and a huge level of success. Due to the continued growth of quality business and a pro‑active new management team, they are keen to hire additional BTL underwriters to work in smart City based offices.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a pipeline of Regulated BTL Mortgage loan cases and prioritise accordingly. Underwrite loan applications within company lending criteria by making quality lending decisions.
- Be vigilant when working on cases and refer where necessary to the appropriate person.
- Maintain a high level of communication at all times with interested parties including brokers, applicants, surveyors and solicitors.
- Maintain a high level of customer service with those internally and externally.
