Location:
Bournemouth Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 Robert Half is recruiting for a Finance Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term basis , based in Bournemouth. If you have advanced Excel skills and enjoy process improvements , this could be the ideal role for you. About the Role This position is key to automating and improving financial and KPI reporting processes . You will collaborate with finance managers and the system project team to:
Streamline data collection Enhance data structures Build reliable, scalable reporting tools What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have:
Strong technical skills in Excel , Power Query , and workflow automation Solid understanding of accounting principles Experience in multi-entity environments A finance-aware mindset This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys problem-solving , modernising processes , and creating high-quality reporting solutions .
Key Responsibilities Automate and improve financial and KPI reporting Consolidate and validate data from multiple entities and sources Build scalable reporting tools using Excel , Power Query , and Power Pivot Enhance data structures and workflows Support the property system upgrade and maintain data integrity Collaborate with finance managers on reporting and process improvements Additional Duties Reduce manual work and increase accuracy through automation Develop and maintain reporting solutions, including Power Query data models and Excel automation Contribute to Power BI dashboards (interactive and paginated reports) Assist with data mapping, testing, and process improvements during system upgrades Proactively identify inefficiencies and propose improvements Maintain documentation and process notes for long-term scalability If you are interested then please reply to this advert or send a copy of your CV Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
