Equity Derivatives Trade Support

Equity Derivatives - Trade Support Analyst Join a leading global bank as an Equity Derivatives Trade Support Analyst within the Markets Operations (MO) team, supporting the Equity Swaps Control function . This team provides critical control and operational support to a variety of trading desks across the Equities division, including Flow, Yield Enhancement, and Delta 1 desks in London and Paris , with crossover into structured and exotic products.

About the Role As part of a dynamic team of 12 professionals, you will play a key role in ensuring robust operational controls and delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities include:

Managing lifecycle events on swaps Processing corporate actions (elections & booking) Reconciling single stock and index dividends vs hedges Handling rate & price fixings Processing dividend payments and FX Investigating P&L discrepancies and resolving queries Building strong risk monitoring controls Providing enhanced client swap support (FTS) Performing inter-system reconciliations Driving process improvements and collaborating with Tech, Front Office, Back Office, and other stakeholders What We're Looking For Strong understanding of equity derivatives and lifecycle management Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment Collaborative mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
