Real Estate Finance Associate –PQE

I’m working with a high-quality banking and finance practice looking to strengthen its Real Estate Finance team in London.

This role would suit associates with experience across commercial real estate finance, who are keen to work on a mix of high-value and structurally complex transactions, including both traditional and alternative lending arrangements.

You’ll advise on a range of real estate finance matters, including:

• acquisition, investment and development finance
• refinancings, restructurings and recapitalisations
• senior and mezzanine lending structures
• acting for lenders, borrowers, sponsors and investors

The work includes single-asset and portfolio transactions, often with a cross-border element, and offers scope for associates to take on increasing responsibility and manage matters with a degree of autonomy.

• E&W Qualified solicitor with 3–10 years’ PQE
• Experience in commercial real estate finance transactions
• Exposure to complex or multi-jurisdictional financings is beneficial
• Background at a City, international or strong regional firm
• Commercial, pragmatic and comfortable working directly with clients
