• Month‑End Close & Financial Control
• Financial Planning, Analysis & Reporting
• Own and improve the finance processes, data flows and systems.
• Provide insights to influence management in key decision making.
• Play a hands‑on role, in strategic projects, driving growth and efficiency.

• Strong management accounting experience. Tech sector exposure is essential.
• Proficiency with Xero or similar accounting software.
• Analytical, detail‑driven, and confident challenging assumptions.
• Excellent communication skills, able to bridge finance and non‑finance teams.
