Key requirements:
* 2nd Line Compliance experience for both roles
* Compliance monitoring & 360° audit experience
* One role must be SMCR qualified

Responsibilities include:
* Monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
* Developing and maintaining compliance policies and procedures
* Conducting compliance reviews and audits
* Investigating and resolving compliance issues
* Keeping up to date with regulatory changes and assessing impact
* Working closely with senior management to promote a strong compliance culture
