From the first day you join the TDS Graduate Programme, you’ll be working as part of a global team at one of the world's largest banking institutions.

You will join TD Securities working on the Compliance Team and you will also be required to work closely with colleagues from other divisions and other regions across TD Securities.

We are looking for highly competent, intelligent recent graduates that thrive under pressure and can adapt to changing situations. You will also be required to work closely with colleagues from other divisions and other regions across TD Securities daily.

** We are looking for students graduating in 2026 or have recently graduated from any academic background who:
* Have a 2:1 or above degree (or equivalent) qualification
* Have strong communication skills and a growth mindset.
* Are team players who can collaborate in a fast-paced environment across teams and regions, delivering accurate results under pressure.
* Have a genuine interest in finance and the global macroeconomic environment, with a curiosity for current affairs.
* Bring good interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork.
* Have demonstrated leadership or involvement in extracurricular activities such as voluntary work, sports, music, or other personal interests outside of your degree.
* Possess analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Accountabilities:

* ** Support with analysing Compliance impacts on customers, stakeholders and processes to achieve better business results;
* Contribute to various Compliance advisory activities (e.g. report production, process mapping, tracking, research, analysis and procedural support) as assigned;
* Protect the interests of the organization – identify and manage risks, and escalate non-standard, high-risk transactions / activities as necessary;
* Adhere to internal policies/procedures and applicable regulatory guidelines;
* Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetite.

*** Participate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation and teamwork and promote timely communication of issues/ points of interest;
* Keep current on emerging trends/ developments and grow knowledge of the business, related tools and techniques;
