We are working with a leading global Real Estate Investment Manager as they raise capital to drive real estate investment. The successful hire will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the firm's private capital strategy across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, working closely with global leadership.
With ambitious forward growth plans, an established track record, and a diversified private real estate platform, this is a compelling opportunity for an experienced capital raiser looking to step into a true leadership position.
The Role- Lead and execute capital raising strategies to grow the Group’s private capital management business across EMEA
- Drive capital raising initiatives for private real estate funds and capital partnerships, with a focus on investor marketing and due diligence
- Build, manage, and deepen long‑term relationships with institutional investors, private capital partners, and distribution channels across the region
- Develop a deep understanding of investor preferences, deployment needs, and capital allocation trends
- Conduct market research and comparative analysis across private funds, listed REITs, and real estate managers
- Act as a key interface between investors and internal stakeholders, ensuring consistent, high‑quality communication
- Work collaboratively with global teams, particularly in Singapore, in support of the wider business strategy
- Degree‑qualified in Finance, Business, Commerce, Real Estate, or a related discipline
- Established experience in capital raising across multiple strategies within a large real‑estate manager, operator, or listed REIT with private equity platforms
- At least 5 years’ direct experience raising capital across EMEA
- Strong investor relations, marketing, and communication skills underpinned by solid real‑estate investment and financial analysis expertise
- Commercial, proactive, and highly relationship‑driven, with the credibility to engage senior institutional investors
- Comfortable operating independently while thriving in a collaborative, global environment
- Willingness to travel frequently as part of the role
