Completions Officer - 1st Charge Specialist Mortgages Direct Specialist Lender

The role
This role sits within a direct 1st charge specialist mortgage lender, responsible for progressing cases from offer through to completion. As part of the lender's in-house completions function, you will play a critical role in ensuring lending decisions are executed accurately, compliantly, and in line with agreed credit terms.

You'll manage completions end to end, acting as the lender's final control point before funds are released. This requires strong technical knowledge, sound judgement, and the confidence to engage directly with solicitors, brokers, and internal underwriting colleagues to protect the lender's position while delivering fair customer outcomes.

This is a lender-side role with real accountability — not a transactional servicing or outsourced processing position.
