Lifestyle Paraplanner / Technical Administrator – North London | Hybrid Working
An established, independent financial planning firm in North London are looking to appoint an experienced Lifestyle Paraplanner / Technical Administrator as part of its continued growth.
This is a career paraplanner opportunity within a modern, dynamic business that combines professional standards with a relaxed, collaborative culture.

- Around 25 new clients onboarded each year
- Affluent, relationship-led client base
- High-touch financial planning model
- Quality of advice and client outcomes sit at the centre of everything.
Working closely with the advice team, you will support two Chartered Financial Planners, one of whom is the Managing Director and a newly qualified Financial Planner / Relationship Manager.
You will take ownership across paraplanning and technical delivery while also supporting some general administration within a small, team-focused environment.
You will be involved in the full advice process, attending meetings, supporting client delivery, and helping maintain high standards across the business.
As the firm grows, there will be an opportunity to help build out the paraplanning function, taking increasing responsibility and influence over time.
You will also be supported by an external retained paraplanner who will assist with your transition, helping you learn internal procedures and processes. This individual is not being replaced and will remain engaged by the practice to provide ongoing technical support and guidance.

- Level 4 qualified
- Minimum two years' paraplanning or technical experience
- Comfortable producing suitability reports
- Strong grounding across core planning areas
- System experience preferred including IO, Saturn, Voyant, Microsoft, and Transact
- Most importantly, candidates must want to be part of a team, not just perform a function.
- Salary £40,000 - £60,000 + Bonus and benefits
- 5% + 5% matching pension
