Our client is seeking a Tax Manager to join their team in London. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the overall success of the company through the leadership of their Tax Services team. The successful candidate will have the chance to develop client service offerings, lead tax service delivery, and influence broader strategic initiatives. Responsibilities
  • Lead a strong, engaged Tax Services team
  • Influence the design and implementation of technology-based solutions
  • Contribute to Group-wide strategic initiatives
  • Build, lead and manage a strong, engaged and growing Tax Services team
  • Be accountable for the jurisdictional P&L for the Tax Services team
  • Assist in the development of a jurisdictional growth strategy for our UK Tax Services team
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify new services and operating models
  • Work closely with Business Development and Marketing teams to position the company as an industry leader
  • Ensure effective use of client relationship management systems to maximise client satisfaction
  • Provide active contribution to Group wide strategic initiatives and objectives
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in leading a Tax Services team
  • Strong understanding of local tax trends
  • Ability to develop growth strategies and implementation plans
  • Experience in partnering with stakeholders to deliver new services and operating models
  • Knowledge of technology-based solutions that enhance client service and operational efficiency
  • Experience in using client relationship management systems effectively
