As a Mortgage Advisor, you will handle a high volume of warm, qualified enquiries across residential, buy-to-let, specialist, and remortgage cases. You ll guide clients through the full mortgage process, from initial enquiry to completion, ensuring a smooth and compliant journey.

• Provide expert mortgage advice tailored to client circumstances
• Manage a steady pipeline of warm, pre-qualified enquiries
• Package applications accurately and liaise with lenders, solicitors, and underwriters
• Deliver high-quality, compliant advice with a strong customer focus
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lender criteria, market changes, and regulatory requirements
• Build strong relationships that encourage repeat and referral business

• Basic salary up to £35,000 (depending on experience)
• Uncapped commission
• Continuous flow of high-quality, warm mortgage leads
• Full administrative and compliance support
• Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm (no weekend work)
• Office-based in Canary Wharf or Hornchurch with hybrid flexibility for experienced advisors

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified
• Experience as a Mortgage Advisor
• Strong knowledge of lender criteria and mortgage sourcing systems
• Confident, clear communicator with strong client relationship skills
• Target-driven with a commitment to delivering high-quality advice and service
