• Lead and scale the sales function across the UK market
• Build and execute sales strategies targeting small to mid-sized enterprises
• Drive new business within financial services, legal, and property sectors
• Manage and optimise the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Collaborate with product and leadership teams to strengthen market positioning
• Maintain high standards of compliance knowledge, especially KYC/KYB and AML trends
• 5+ years’ sales experience in KYC/KYB, AML, fraud prevention, regtech, or compliance
• Strong network and understanding of SME clients in financial services, legal, or property
• Proven track record of achieving (and exceeding) revenue targets
• Ability to communicate complex compliance solutions in a simple, value-driven way
• Leadership qualities with the ability to shape and scale a sales team
