We’re looking for a Junior Accountant to support the core finance function within a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
This role sits at the heart of day‑to‑day finance operations and offers broad exposure across transactional accounting, reconciliations, and reporting, alongside involvement in improving finance processes, controls, and systems as the business scales.
You’ll be expected to take ownership of your areas, work with pace and accuracy, and proactively identify improvements rather than simply following existing processes.
What You’ll Be Involved In- Day‑to‑day accounting across AP, AR, cash, stock, and eCommerce activity
- Reconciliations across platforms, payment providers, and balance sheets
- VAT return preparation and compliance support
- Month‑end processes, reporting, and audit preparation
- Supporting improvements to finance processes, controls, and systems
- Part‑qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA (or equivalent), or currently studying towards qualification
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in Excel
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to work to deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Calm, collected, and impossible to fluster
- Obsessed with details and getting sh
* t done - Experienced in a finance or accounting role with exposure to core accounting processes
- Experienced using accounting software such as Sage, Xero, or similar
