Compliance Specialist – Insurance (London Market)

Location: London / Hybrid

We are working with a specialist London Market insurance business seeking a Compliance Specialist to support its regulatory and governance framework.

This role is well suited to an experience Compliance Analyst with existing experience in insurance, looking to build broader exposure across regulatory compliance, monitoring and business advisory work.

• Provide day-to‑day compliance support to the business across underwriting and operational teams.
• Assist with the delivery of the Compliance Monitoring Programme and internal reviews.
• Support regulatory governance, including Board and Committee reporting
  .
• Help manage regulatory deadlines and maintain accurate compliance records.
• Assist with sanctions, licensing and delegated authority due diligence
  .
• Support the SMCR framework and regulatory change activity.
• Contribute to horizon scanning and wider regulatory projects.

• Previous Compliance experience within the insurance sector (essential).
• Exposure to the Lloyd’s and/or London Market environment preferred.
• Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills.
