Hotel Investment - VP

A leading hospitality investment business with superb hotel across Europe is seeking an Investment Manager to report directly to their Chief Investment Officer, at Vice President level.

This is a senior execution role for someone capable of leading deals end-to-end — underwriting, structuring, negotiating, and closing — while acting as a confident representative of the business in meetings with private equity partners, JV counter parties, lenders and advisors.

• Lead hotel investment transactions from origination through execution and completion
• Own partner engagement, including private equity sponsors and joint venture relationships
• Drive underwriting and deal structuring, ensuring commercial and investment discipline
• Lead negotiations, coordinate advisors, and manage diligence work streams
• Present investment cases clearly and confidently to senior internal stakeholders / IC
• Support strategic portfolio decision-making and value creation initiatives
• Mentor junior team members and maintain high execution standards across the deal team

• Established experience in real estate private equity, hotel investment, investment banking, or brokerage
• Strong track record of executing and closing complex transactions
• Hotel sector expertise is essential (branded, lifestyle, or operationally intensive assets)
• Confident communicator with strong presence in partner meetings and IC settings
• Commercial, pragmatic mindset with excellent financial and structuring capability
