Senior Commercial Finance Manager - Marketing | Hypergrowth Online Marketplace

Overview

Harmonic Finance™ | Certified B Corp is hiring a Senior Commercial Finance Manager (Marketing). The role partners with Marketing to drive planning, forecasting and decision support for all paid and brand marketing spend. You will work closely with the CMO and the SLT as a trusted finance partner focused on Marketing performance and investment effectiveness.

• Act as finance partner to the CMO and SLT, shaping decisions
• Full ownership of the Marketing P&L including forecasting, planning and core reporting
• Drive cost discipline and improve ROI of paid channels and performance media
• Strengthen controls and transparency around marketing expenditure
• Communicate customer economics such as CAC, ROAS, payback and LTV in a clear and actionable way
• Build models, analysis and tools that guide both tactical and long-term decisions
• Help embed a commercially focused, data-driven approach within the Marketing team

• An established professional within commercial finance partnering and FP&A
• A solid understanding of marketing and customer-specific metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS and PPC
• Prior experience as marketing-finance lead
• Experience in an e-commerce or online marketplace business

• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior marketing leaders and manage marketing P&L
• Strong FP&A skills, forecasting and performance measurement
• Experience with marketing metrics and customer economics
