Commercial Finance Director

Multi-Site Hospitality Group | London (Hybrid)

We’re working with a growing, multi-brand hospitality group to appoint a Commercial Finance Director into a senior, business-critical role.

Reporting into the Finance Director, this position sits at the heart of performance management and decision support across a complex, multi-site group. The role combines strategic planning, commercial insight and leadership, with a strong emphasis on translating data into action.

This role owns the group’s financial planning and performance process - ensuring leadership teams have clarity, foresight and confidence in the numbers they rely on.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Ownership of the group planning cycle, including budgeting, reforecasting and longer-term outlooks
• Development of performance frameworks that track site-level and group-wide drivers
• Delivery of clear, commercially focused insight to senior stakeholders
• Leadership and development of a commercial finance / FP&A team
• Continuous improvement of reporting, dashboards and forecasting tools
• Acting as a trusted finance partner to Operations and senior leadership
• Supporting business cases, investment decisions and growth initiatives

This role suits a senior finance professional who enjoys operating in operationally complex, fast-moving environments.

You’ll likely bring:

• Senior-level experience in commercial finance or FP&A
• Exposure to multi-site or multi-unit businesses (hospitality, leisure, retail, consumer or similar)
• Strong planning and forecasting capability, with a commercial lens
• Confidence influencing senior stakeholders outside of finance
• Experience leading teams and building scalable finance processes
• ACA / ACCA / CIMA (or equivalent)
