• Own projects and manage day‑to‑day delivery of high‑quality work.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships and support business development.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor team members to help them grow.
• Participate in people initiatives, including retention and training of international tax professionals.
• Contribute to team strategy, operations, and junior staff development.

• Build and maintain tax relationships with clients, providing exceptional service.
• Strong negotiation and business development skills.
• Experience managing technically complex consulting projects.
• Ability to deliver quality work and manage client expectations.
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
• Team player who can create inclusive, effective teams.

• Relevant experience in Financial Services.
• Project management skills: planning, prioritising, and meeting deadlines.
• Qualification:
  
  ACA/ACCA/CA, Tax Inspector with full technical training, or law qualification equivalent to CTA.
