Finance Lead Americas Monetization
This role will be responsible for the end-to-end financial management of monetization activities across the Americas region, with additional global responsibilities. This role will ensure accurate accounting, effective debt management, and enhanced reporting, while also supporting the development of a finance graduate.
What You'll Do
Americas PEP Flat Fee (incl. FF Lite)
Full ownership of accounting and reporting processes to ensure timely, accurate and insightful reporting of numbers
Manage Flat Fee Admin and Conference Fees end-to-end to ensure monthly and quarterly phasing is understood and managed.
Lead debt management and collection efforts to maximise positive cash flow
Collaborate with category teams, APAC PaaS Team, and key senior stakeholders to become a key finance business partner to the US business
Oversee conference cost ownership (pending leadership approval). to ensure effective cost controls within budget
Americas WCP
Responsibility for the robust financial accounting and invoicing activities associated with the Americas WCP Programme for GWS LLC and Managed Services Inc.
Build and Maintain strong business relationships with Finance, Procurement and Business Stakeholders
Global Monetization
Lead responsibility for maintaining and evolve global monetization reporting.
Expand Power BI integration to include Americas and APAC.
Investigate programmes outside core regions.
Graduate Management
Develop lead and manage Finance graduate on rotational programme
What You'll Need
Recognised Finance Qualification with 5+ years industry experience
Strong financial acumen with experience in accounting and reporting
Proven ability to manage cross-regional stakeholders and processes
Strong Working capital, debt management
Confident with ability to juggle numerous priorities and deadlines and communicate both progress, delays and interdependencies
Attention to Detail and ability to review reporting and models
Demonstrated experience of Excel modelling and data analysis
Business Partnering Skills- communication, stakeholder management
The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
Experience in mentoring or managing team members /stakeholders
