We are seeking an experienced Property Finance Origination specialist to join our London-based family office. This role is pivotal in driving the origination, structuring, and execution of complex property finance transactions while shaping the strategic growth of the property finance division. Lending is across Living and Commercial sectors. The business provides investment and development loans across Senior, Stretch, Mezz and Development.

• You will build and manage strong relationships with developers, investors, and other key stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner to drive new business.
• In this role, you will originate and oversee deal structuring and negotiations across various financing solutions, including debt, equity, and joint ventures.
• Your responsibilities will also include leading due diligence, assessing credit risk in collaboration with internal credit teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
• You will stay ahead of market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitor movements to identify opportunities and mitigate risk.
• Regular reporting to senior management on origination performance and strategic recommendations will also be key.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or related field; real estate lending, or investment banking.
• Proven origination track record and strong financial structuring skills.
• Leadership experience with excellent interpersonal and analytical abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of the London and UK real estate market is highly desirable.
