Senior Finance Manager | High-growth SaaS | Immediate start

London | Hybrid | £70,000 - £80,000 + bonus and Equity

I’m currently partnering with an exciting, high-growth SaaS business. Led by an impressive leadership team, they’re now looking for a Senior Finance Manager to own core finance operations and help build a best-in-class function as the company continues to scale.

Reporting directly to the CFO, the Senior Finance Manager will take full ownership of the finance function. This is a broad and high-impact role, combining technical rigour with commercial responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial reporting, compliance, and the production of board packs
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial modelling processes across the business
• Own cash flow management, working capital forecasting, and scenario planning
• Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives, pricing, and growth strategy
• Manage the preparation of investor reports, SaaS KPIs, and support due diligence processes
• Implement scalable financial processes and systems to support international growth

What we’re looking for:

• 2–4 years’ experience in finance ops, ideally in SaaS or tech
• Fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and compliance
• Hands-on, process-driven, and tech-savvy
• Comfortable balancing detail with big-picture thinking
