Interim Head of Commercial Finance

A leading hospitality brand is looking to hire an Interim Head of Commercial Finance position on a 9-12 month FTC. This is a highly influential role supporting the leadership team at a pivotal point in the business.

The role involves acting as a trusted commercial partner to the executive and operational leadership teams, providing strategic financial insight and support to inform key business decisions. It includes leading the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes to ensure robust financial direction and alignment with organisational goals. The position is responsible for delivering clear, actionable performance reporting and commercial analysis, driving margin improvement initiatives, strengthening cost control, and shaping effective pricing strategies.

Working closely with the Finance Director, the role also focuses on developing a strong Finance Business Partner capability while ensuring sound financial governance and close collaboration with core finance teams.

You must be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent), with strong experience in hospitality or restaurants. You must be immediately available and have 3+ years experience in leadership positions.
