FP&A Manager; Build - Leading PE Fund Manager

Autumnal Partners are supporting a leading global private markets investment platform in the search for an Interim FP&A Manager to join their London-based finance team.

This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the Director of FP&A, offering exposure to senior stakeholders across an international investment business managing multi-billion AUM.

The focus is role is to support the Finance Director and Director of FP&A in building out from scratch an FP&A function - an unusually exciting opportunity allowing for great impact.

You will combine strong technical accounting capability with commercial FP&A insight, contributing to budgeting, forecasting, modelling, and strategic decision-making across the group.

Group FP&A

• Support the build-out of FP&A frameworks, processes, and tools
• Support the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and scenario planning
• Develop and maintain financial models (costs, headcount, profitability)
• Deliver consolidated management reporting, KPIs, and variance analysis
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support senior leadership decisions
• Support broader finance transformation and system enhancements
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and internal controls

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) and/or CFA
• Proven FP&A experience
• Experience with in a group finance environment
• Experience with in financial services, private equity, or investment management preferred
