Credit Controller - FTC

Totum is pleased to be partnering with a leading law firm to recruit a Credit Controller for a 6-month FTC. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands‑on role, building relationships with clients and fee earners while keeping cash flow moving efficiently. Experience with Elite 3E is essential.

• Chasing overdue invoices and managing payment queries
• Supporting cash collection targets and reducing debt
• Reconciling receipts and allocating payments
• Processing write‑offs and card payments
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with Solicitors Regulation Authority and AML requirements

• Confident communicator
• Organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently
• Quick to pick up systems
• Proactive and reliable
