Portfolio Analyst

My client is a boutique real estate investment platform based in Central London, backed by long-term family office capital and operating a lean, vertically integrated model. The business manages a Pan-European portfolio of mixed assets and is well funded and actively deploying capital across its markets and strategies. Decisions are made in-house by a lean senior team.

They’re now looking to hire a Portfolio Analyst to support the London office strategy. This is an early-career role for someone looking to build a broad foundation in portfolio and asset-level analysis, with clear progression into investment. The role works closely with the Head of the office fund.

The initial focus will be portfolio analysis, understanding how value is created through leasing strategy, capex and business planning - before expanding into underwriting and IC support as responsibilities grow.

• Asset and portfolio-level analysis across a Central London office portfolio
• Building and maintaining business plans, including leasing assumptions and capex phasing
• Building models from scratch to assess asset performance and scenarios
• Tracking performance against underwriting and business plan assumptions
• Supporting leasing strategy analysis and internal reporting
• Assisting with underwriting and investment analysis over time

This role suits someone with 1–3 years’ experience in commercial real estate, ideally with Central London office exposure, who is comfortable modelling independently and wants breadth, responsibility and progression rather than a narrow reporting remit.
