A leading private equity real estate investment manager with a strong European presence is expanding its Finance & Accounting team due to continued growth.

This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the CFO, offering broad exposure across fund, asset, and corporate finance, with clear scope to take on increased responsibility over time.

The ideal candidate will come from an Audit background, with experience specialising in Private Equity, Asset Management or Real Estate and will be excited by a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

• Coordinate with asset managers and property managers to ensure accurate financial information
• Lead the annual close process and manage the external audit
• Prepare asset‑level and fund business plans and monitor performance
• Support regulatory and investor reporting requirements
• Coordinate with tax advisors across multiple European jurisdictions
• Oversee tax compliance (primarily VAT and Corporation Tax)
• Prepare quarterly debt covenant reporting and IPD payments
• Track funding requirements and support capital call processes

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent)
• Background in Audit, ideally with exposure to Private Equity, Asset Management, or Real Estate funds (5 Years Experience)
• Comfortable working in a lean, hands‑on environment
• Confident communicator, able to work closely with senior stakeholders
• Available on 1 months notice
