Our Uxbridge tax team collaborates closely with audit, accounts, and general partners. The team is currently made up of 12 team members, including Partners, 4 managers and 6 graduates.

• Manage your own portfolio of clients, supported by other members of the team
• Review corporation tax and LLP income tax computations prepared by audit/accounts teams
• Handle advisory work related to your portfolio
• Manage workflow and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Provide tax advice and respond to client queries
• Oversee project advisory and company secretarial work (e.g., share reorganisations, EMI schemes)
• Act as the first point of contact for your clients
• Liaise with HMRC and manage enquiries
• Train and supervise junior team members
• Contribute to team management and prepare client invoices

• Strong experience in corporate tax
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio and delegate effectively
• Comfortable finalising work for client approval
• Preferably CTA qualified, though ATT/ACA/ACCA or qualified-by-experience candidates will be considered
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
• Strong IT skills, including Word and Excel. Experience with Corporation Tax Advanced, and Company Secretarial software is a plus
