In this role, you'll be the financial heartbeat of the organisation - partnering with senior leaders, driving strategic decisions, and building a best‑in‑class finance function rooted in integrity, transparency, and sustainable performance.

What you'll lead:
Group‑wide financial strategy, partnering with the executive team to drive long‑term success High‑quality reporting across P&L, cashflow, and Board‑level insights Governance, compliance and audit excellence across a diverse, expanding portfolio Continuous improvement, automation, and the development of a high‑performing finance team What you'll bring:
Proven experience in senior finance leadership within a multi‑site or high‑growth environment Strong technical expertise across FP&A, cashflow, consolidated reporting, and compliance A strategic mindset with the confidence to influence at the highest level A leadership style that empowers, develops, and elevates those around you
