Senior Financial Modeller

Our client is a well-capitalised UK real estate development and investment business delivering large-scale, mixed-use projects in partnership with institutional investors and JV partners. You will join the The Commercial Finance team as a Senior Financial Modeller, playing a key role in supporting major investment and funding decisions.

You will work within Commercial Finance providing specialist modelling support to the Development function. This is a high-visibility role with regular exposure to senior stakeholders. Responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining and enhancing complex development appraisal models
• Running sensitivities and scenario analysis to support decision-making
• Analysing and explaining movements in key financial metrics for Board and JV reporting
• Supporting cashflow forecasting and liquidity analysis
• Partnering with Development, Construction, Finance and Debt teams
• Contributing to budgeting, reforecasting and process improvements

• Strong financial modelling experience using best-practice principles
• Background in property development, real estate or a capital-intensive sector
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical capability and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate complex financial outputs clearly
