This Company is a market leader in the Pensions and Consulting Sector with a strong presence across the UK and Europe.

You will focus on maintaining good governance of occupational pension schemes. Schemes may be ongoing, in the process of being wound up or in an Assessment Period for the Pension Protection Fund. You may also act as scheme secretary where so appointed, with support from a Trustee Manager or Director. You will also be involved in projects and must be able to plan and deliver on time.

• Review of ESOG requirements on schemes
• Review of member cases
• Member Option and Liability Management Exercises
• Overseas parent companies
• Scheme Secretarial and Governance
• Trustee Board Effectiveness and Skills assessments
• Management of Annual Regulatory Reporting

• Administration DB | DC | Master Trusts
• Scheme Governance DB | DC | Master Trusts
• Agenda and Meeting Arrangements
• Invoicing/ Budgeting Billing
• Data Analysis
• Documentation Controls
• IDRP Responses
• Minute Writing
• Project Management
• Experience in dealing with Defined Benefit or Defined Contribution occupational pension schemes.
• Strong skills using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Pension Protection Fund experience.
• Project management experience.
• Demonstrable Progress in professional qualifications e.g. PMI Award in Pensions Trusteeship, or Associateship and evidence of Continued Professional Development
