Actuarial Analyst

Overview

We’re AmTrust International, an insurance business headquartered in London, with offices across the UK and employing more than 1900 people in 13 countries. As part of a global group, we work creatively to develop bespoke insurance solutions for leading financial institutions, retailers and manufacturers both internationally and globally.

• Hybrid – flexible working arrangement

• Provide actuarial support across all product lines written by AmTrust Specialty, working closely with colleagues across Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Finance, and Capital.
• Play a key part in our quarterly reserving process.
• Contribute to the production of actuarial reports.
• Help support regulatory and internal reporting requirements.

• Experience with in the general insurance sector, ideally in an actuarial or reserving‑focused environment.
• Strong interest in actuarial work and either progress toward the actuarial exams or a willingness to begin studying.
• Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication abilities and capacity to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
