Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote self-employed position for a Mortgage Specialist. Responsibilities include assisting clients with securing suitable mortgage solutions, liaising with lenders to find competitive financial products, preparing and submitting mortgage applications, and providing expert advice throughout the process. Applicants must have existing client bank across residential mortgages, buy-to-let mortgages, commercial mortgages, bridging loans and development finance. Additionally, the role involves maintaining a high standard of customer service, staying updated on market trends, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Although not essential, however ideally we are looking for candidates based in London or Surrey.
- CeMAP level 3
- Minimum 2 years of Competent Adviser Status (CAS) as a regulated mortgages and protection adviser in current role
- Good understanding of regulated mortgages and unregulated property financing products
- Experience in high volume sales
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Relevant industry certifications or qualifications in finance, mortgage advising, or related fields advantageous.
