Group Tax Manager | High-Growth Fin Tech | Greenfield Role

I’m partnering with a fast-scaling, international fintech to hire their first in-house Group Tax Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build the tax function from scratch inside a PE-backed business operating across the UK, Europe, US and India.

You’ll take ownership on all things tax - from compliance and structuring to advising on new products, international expansion and strategic initiatives. You’ll work closely with senior finance leadership and partner across Legal, Product and Operations in a highly commercial environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own UK & international tax compliance
• Build scalable frameworks for corporate tax, VAT and transfer pricing
• Advise on new products, expansion & structuring
• Support equity schemes, R&D claims and tax provisioning

What they’re looking for:

• Strong UK tax with international exposure
• Scale-up background or relevant practice experience
• Comfortable in a fast-moving business
