Astute and flexible Registered Chartered Accountant wanted to fill in the role of a Financial Manager.

Exposure to the following:

• Revenue forecasting and revenue recognition.
• Profitability and margin reports.
• Monthly management accounts.
• Journal posting and balance sheet reconciliations
• Comprehensive analysis and feedback on individual company, as well as the groups financial performance.
• Cashflow management.
• Support on pitches.
• Business Intelligence reports.
• Support the internal team with the operating system.
• Legal compliance support.
• Review of annual financial statements of the group of companies.
• Understanding of HMRC submissions of companys tax returns and payments
• Prepare, review, and monitor budgets
• Audit assistance and compilation of the audit files.
• Ensure that financial records are in line and updated with full IFRS requirements.
• Ad-hoc projects that requires a finance lead

Qualifications and experience:

• Strong technical accounting knowledge
• Professional communication skills
• Excel and modelling
• Creating statutory accounts
• Ability to delegate and manage the work of others
• Experience of AP and AR
• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CA(SA)
• UK experience will be beneficial
• Experience running annual audit
• 2+ years post articles experience in a similar role.
