Group Tax Accountant | £70,000 - £85,000 | City of London | Hybrid: 3 days in

We’re on the lookout for a Group Tax Accountant to join a growing, ambitious wealth management company. Based in London, you’ll play a key role in managing all aspects of the Group's tax compliance and reporting across the UK. What You’ll Do:

Manage the Group’s corporation tax, VAT, employment taxes, and other tax compliance across the UK and Crown Dependencies (Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man).

Work closely with external tax providers, HMRC, and internal teams to ensure compliance and manage tax governance.

Lead VAT restructuring projects, manage M&A tax due diligence, and provide advice on tax implications.

Prepare quarterly VAT returns and support on tax reporting, ensuring tax balances are correctly reflected in reports to the Executive Committee.

Guide the HR team on employment-related taxes and assist with ad-hoc tax advice.

What I'm Looking For:

3 years post qualified tax experience

Qualified in tax or accounting (CTA, ACA, ACCA, ICAS).

Strong understanding of UK VAT and international tax

Experience with tax accounting standards (IAS 12) and M&A tax is a plus.

The Group Tax Manager is paying £75,000 - £85,000 with benefits and bonuses on top.
