Interim FP&A Manager, Banking - Hybrid, London - £500 - £550 p/day inside IR35, 3 weeks notice or less needed for this 4-6 month Interim role

A Tech driven Challenger Bank are seeking an Interim FP&A Manager to work on some key deliverables whilst the permanent hire is sought.

This bank has some leading technology on offer and has seen some fantastic growth in the last year.

You will need to have strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with key stakeholders across the business, including finance and non-finance staff. You will provide forward-looking and historical financial analysis to management to influence the financial performance and ultimately the strategic direction of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production of high-level MI for senior stakeholders
• Strategic business planning and analysis
• Ownership of several high-level budgets
• Business Forecasting & Planning
• Cost Analysis
• Liquidity planning, liquidity risk and ICAAP analysis
• Decision support
• Responsible for Finance Change projects
• Profitability Analysis of Performance Analytics

Key experience required for this role:

• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Experience of UK Banking
• The ability to influence both junior and c-suite level staff
• An understanding of how a bank operates and the products it sells
• The ability to manage a high workload and prioritise effectively
• Experience managing the annual budget, quarterly forecasting, three-year strategy, and ICAAP process
