We are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a busy and supportive finance team based in Hackney. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable professional looking to join a dynamic and fast–paced environment.

• Processing a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
• Matching purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices
• Managing supplier queries and maintaining strong working relationships
• Preparing and processing weekly/monthly payment runs
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
• Supporting month–end processes and reporting requirements
• Assisting with general finance administration and process improvements

• Proven experience in a Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable role
• Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

• Salary between 35,000 – 45,000 (DOE)
