Fryer Miles are delighted to be working with a global hospitality brand, assisting with their recruitment of a Finance Manager to join their team in Wandsworth, London.

The successful candidate will be an integral part of the global Finance function, working closely with the Finance Director and Head of Finance to support the day-to-day operations and drive continuous improvement across reporting and controls. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, international environment while further developing your technical expertise and commercial insight.

• Lead accurate and timely monthly global P&L reporting and month end close
• Deliver clear performance analysis versus budget and prior periods, highlighting risks and opportunities
• Act as key finance contact for audits, controls, and compliance
• Partner with global stakeholders to provide financial insight and support decision making
• Support budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and cost efficiency initiatives
• Improve financial processes, controls, and reporting standards
• Deliver ad-hoc analysis and support junior team development as needed

• Qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Experience with in a multi-site international or US based environment
• Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective business partnering with stakeholders at all levels
