Distribution Engineer

iSAM Funds is an alternative asset manager specialising in systematic investing. Each strategy is unique, provides a specialist quantitative approach and is designed to deliver highly diversifying absolute returns for institutional portfolios.

Responsible for client conformance, technical onboarding and operational support of iSAM Securities liquidity distribution to direct connections and across multiple platforms.

• Manage client conformance, setup and vendor integrations for our FX and CFD products.
• Assess client connection requirements and lead the technical onboarding process.
• Interact with external clients and coordinate between sales, trading and development teams during onboarding and ongoing operations.
• Monitor and support all aspects of connectivity and distribution across multiple applications and platforms.
• Investigate connectivity failures ensuring the trading environment is stable and operating as expected.
• Work with colleagues to develop tools, improve monitoring, refine process and automate tasks to increase efficiency.
• Provide support on a rota system, which may require occasional evening or weekend cover for out of hours changes and market open checks.

• Exposure to supporting or interacting with trading environments.
• Experience with platforms such as Prime
  
  XM, One Zero, LumeFX, MT4/5 beneficial.
• Product suite of Jira, Confluence, Gitlab, Grafana, Open Search, SQL, Linux, Python preferred.
