At WTW, we believe difference makes us stronger. We want our workforce to reflect the different and varied markets we operate in and to build a culture of inclusivity that makes colleagues feel welcome, valued and empowered to bring their whole selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive work environment throughout our organisation.

We embrace all types of diversity.

Our work touches the lives of millions. At WTW Outsourcing Business, we’re committed to helping clients deliver exceptional experiences to members of their pension schemes.

This is an exciting opportunity to join WTW’s Outsourcing Business as a Senior Pension Calculation Analyst within the Business Solutions team of our Outsourcing Business Technology function. You’ll work alongside a talented group of onshore and offshore specialists, supporting a diverse portfolio of Defined Benefit (DB) occupational pension schemes.

As WTW continues to grow—partnering with some of the UK’s largest pension schemes, delivering for Life Sight, supporting major insurers, and advancing our innovative OneDB proposition—you’ll play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence, enhancing processes, and creating smarter, more efficient ways of working across our delivery model.

We’re looking for someone with strong technical expertise in DB pensions, ideally with experience in areas such as manual calculations, automated calculations, complex calculations like barber period calculations, guaranteed minimum pensions (GMP), GMP Equalisation, and related complexities. You’ll blend strategic thinking with hands‑on capability, taking the lead on complex work, guiding and mentoring colleagues, and helping shape scalable solutions for the future.

If you’re ready to lead, collaborate with passionate professionals, and make a meaningful impact in the pensions industry—we’d love to hear from you.

Why WTW?
At WTW, we trust you to know your work and the people, tools and environment you need to be successful. The majority of our colleagues work in a ”hybrid” style, with a mix of remote, in‑person and in office interactions dependent on the needs of the team, role and clients.

Office location:
You can be based in any of our offices across London, Reigate, Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, or Edinburgh. This role follows a flexible hybrid model, with just one day per week or per month required in your nearest office.

This is a 12‑month Fixed‑Term Contract role.
