Lutine Bell are excited to be partnering with a top UK investment platform who are a leading provider of integrated technology solutions designed to streamline payment experiences, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the way organisations engage with their communities as they look to appoint an Internal Audit Manager to join their high performing Internal Audit function in London.

• The Internal Audit Manager is responsible for leading a team of three auditors and ensuring high?quality delivery of the Group's Internal Audit Plan.
• The role blends strategic oversight, through reviewing audit work and producing committee?level reporting with hands?on audit execution.
• A key focus is strengthening stakeholder relationships, supporting the Group Head of Internal Audit, and enhancing audit methodology, data analytics capability, and overall departmental effectiveness.

• Strong understanding of Internal Audit Standards and the UK Code for Internal Audit in Financial Services.
• Knowledge of relevant regulation (e.g., CASS, MiFID, Solvency II, UK Corporate Governance Code).
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (including advanced Excel).
• Professional qualification such as CIA, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
