• Process invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and update financial records in compliance with company policies.
• Assist in month‑end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and liaise with vendors as required.
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
• Support the accounting and finance team with additional tasks as needed.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls.

• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, etc.) Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (desirable)
• Excellent Excel proficiency (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Filters, Conditional Formatting)
• Solid reconciliation and query‑resolution skills
• High attention to detail, with strong organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and prioritisations across teams
