The Senior Associate, Credit Administration Loan Operations supports the management of a portfolio of commercial real estate (CRE) loans, ensuring accurate setup, ongoing maintenance, and timely production of rate fixes, drawdown, and interest notices. Reporting to the Director, Credit Administration – EMEA, this role sits within the newly formed Treasury function. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, able to meet tight deadlines, and has at least three years of loan servicing or related experience with solid Excel and Powerpoint skills.

The Treasury sub team is a newly formed function, that sits within the Loan Operations team that supports the Credit Administration service line across various segregated mandates that sit outside the traditional Facility agent and Security agent role. These mandates include but are not limited to the following: (i) Escrow Agency (ii) Paying Agent (iii) shadow servicing (iv) draw monitoring and (v) in-house loan asset management.

• This candidate will have a Credit and Asset Management (CAM) focus, although will be required to support / cover for other treasury team duties.
• Responsible for the separate mandates where Trimont support clients on cash management activities such as Escrow Agent and Paying Agent
• Supporting the generation of remittance reporting if required
• Managing a case load of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loans
• Responsible for drawdown monitoring for development deals and providing recommendations to lenders to progress or otherwise.
• Quarterly loan asset management reporting for client’s debt funds and banks who engage Trimont for CAM services.
• Rent roll reconciliation. Comparing reported Net Operating Income (NOI) with actual cash received into the Bank account.
• On occasions support the loan operations team on Cash management and bank account management.
• Overseeing Escrow agency mandates from inception to completion.

• 3+ years loan servicing experience in finance, real estate or a related field.
• Solid analytical skills with intermediate to advanced level ability of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated capacity to achieve results in a dynamic setting.
• Organizational and administrative skills that reflect attention to detail and the ability to prioritize amidst competing demands.
• Skilled in managing sensitive information while upholding privacy.
• Handling workload and special projects efficiently.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
