• Lead and develop the finance function, providing clear strategic and operational direction.
• Shape and deliver the organisation's financial strategy aligned to long term business objectives.
• Partner with the CEO and Board to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Ensure robust financial controls, governance, and risk management frameworks.
• Maintain oversight of statutory reporting, accounting standards compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive operational efficiency and support transformation initiatives.
• Provide commercial insight to enhance profitability and business growth.

• Extensive experience operating as a CFO or senior finance leader within a comparable industry.
• Strong strategic, commercial, and operational financial expertise.
• Deep understanding of financial reporting, corporate governance, and risk oversight.
• Proven experience building, managing, and developing high performing finance teams.
• Demonstrated success leading finance transformation or process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at Board and senior stakeholder level.
• Strong analytical capability and sound decision making skills.
