We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Financial Analyst / Investment Analyst to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of renewable energy projects from early-stage development and acquisition to financing, construction, and operation.
You will work closely with an experienced Investment Managers receiving direct mentorship and exposure to large-scale renewable transactions. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and ready to grow within a dynamic and fast-moving environment.

- Hands-on experience in project finance and investment analysis
- Interaction with lenders, financial advisors, technical and commercial experts
- Advanced financial modelling experience (bankable models)
- Clear development path within a growing renewable energy company
- Assist in developing, maintaining, and reviewing detailed financial models for BESS, solar PV, and onshore wind projects, including sensitivity and scenario analysis
- Support investment decisions through financial modelling, valuation analysis, and commercial insights for greenfield and M&A opportunities
- Contribute to project finance processes from origination through financial close
- Work alongside financial advisors, modelling consultants, and auditors to develop and refine bankable financial models
- Support lender engagement throughout the financing cycle (RFP processes, information requests, model reviews, loan documentation coordination)
- Prepare high-quality presentations and analytical materials for internal stakeholders, shareholders, and lenders
- Provide analytical and transactional support across broader investment and financing activities
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- Master’s degree (especially in energy-related disciplines) is a plus
- 1+ year of experience in financial modelling, financial statement analysis, or related analytical roles
- Basic understanding or strong interest in renewable energy markets
- FMVA or similar finance certifications are a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- High attention to detail (small modelling errors can have big impacts)
- Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn
- Proactive mindset and ability to gradually work independently
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a desire to build a long-term career in renewable energy finance
